The 2" wide by 4' long straps have handles on either end and can be used for a multitude of weightlifting and exercise applications. The Hitch Pins are great for setting up the straps as spotter in your Base Camp Rack or using them to easily clip bands to for a huge variety of exercises. When used as spotters the straps provide a very strong, safe, and quiet experience. With up to a 6,400lb load capacity, these straps can hold any wight that you will be lifting. We have loaded a bar to over 1000lbs, then had a 250lb guy, a 270lb guy, and a 400lb guy climb onto the bar. These straps are much more than spotter straps though. They can be used for -
