This 8" log bar with 45 degree handles is the answer for a lot of exercises. Great for bench presses, incline presses, overhead presses, push presses. Decrease stress on joints and still push the big weights. Great for cleans and curls with a more comfortable grip.
The 8" barrel and the 45 degree handles are perfect for athletes with sore shoulders, wrists, or elbows. The distance of the press with the log barrel is about that of a 2 board press.
Train fat bar, wide grip bench press by grabbing the bar just outside the handles.
Excellent for football specific exercises, we have used it as a "punch" trainer here in our training center.
The 45 Degree bar is 7' long and weighs 67lbs. |
