New look on a basic theme. The ultimate in simplicity and space efficiency, this rack will fit the bill under adverse training conditions without taking up the space of a small car. 19 adjustment holes enable
vertical movement of J-Cup Bar Hooks for squats, jerks, pulls, lock outs, shrugs, curls and bench presses (utility bench sold separately). Actually, we have sold the predecessors to this rack to Universities to be used as auxiliary racks on the platforms, Olympic Weightlifting Training Centers, Garage gym cellar-dwellers, CrossFit, and even the Navy for use on a Nuclear Submarine! Rack uses 3"x3" 11 gauge steel tubing...strong enough to take maximum weights, but also able to be moved, broken down for transport or storage. Rack Accessories that can be used with this rack include: 24" Safety Spotter Bars, Utility Seat, J-Cups.
