Warranty, Sales & Return Policy

We do not offer refunds or credits on products purchased from us if they go on sale on our web site after your purchase is made.

All Sales Final

Order cancellation: 10% cancellation fee will be applied to your refund if you cancel before the item ships. "Refused Shipments": Will not be refunded back because ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items marked as All Sales Final cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Order Cancellations
All order cancellations must be submitted via email to: Customer Service at customerservice@sorinex.com. If your unit ships the same day that we receive your cancel email, then we cannot cancel and the 20% charges will apply. Some trucking companies take 2-3 day to cancel the shipment from the time we give them the notification, Sorinex Exercise Equipment is not responsible in these circumstances and fees will still apply. A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to your refund if you cancel BEFORE the item ships. If you cancel AFTER your order is shipped or fail to pick up a will-call item, there will be a 20% cancellation fee and you will be responsible for freight costs both ways. Please see below for specifics on various forms of cancellations.

Shipping/Transit Time
All items may take between 8-10 weeks for delivery. We will not be able to provide any tracking information until at least 6 weeks have past from order date. Most items ship via freight company, which typically takes longer than the smaller UPS shipping items. If it has not been 6 weeks from your order date, please wait to contact us for shipping information. All international orders need to call us for a freight quote. The freight is not included in the price for any orders shipping out of the 48 contiguous US.

Delivery
All items ordered, unless otherwise noted, will be delivered at the customer’s driveway. Delivery persons will not carry goods beyond the end of the truck. It is the customer’s responsibility to take the goods from the curb or driveway and into the home or office. Minor assembly is also required by customer unless the optional shipping upgrade is purchased at the time of order. Upgrades to delivery cannot be made after the item ships.

Delivery Date Requirements
If you require the product to be delivered before or after a specific date, you will need to specify this at the time of order. If you are ordering on-line, please call us toll free at 1-877-LIFTMOR (543-8667) to advise the date and we will let you know if it’s possible.

Storage Fees May Apply
If delivery company is unable to reach you to arrange delivery, you may be liable for storage fees until you can respond. Failure to return the call from the freight company may result in expensive delays, which we will not be responsible for. Advise any members of your family, or persons in your household that it is imperative you receive any messages from freight companies.

Refused Shipments
Any cancellation made after product ships or refusal of a product will incur a 20% cancellation & restocking fee. In addition, you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. This applies to the actual shipping costs. This does not apply to items damaged in shipping. If you refuse a shipment due to damage and subsequently cancel, you will be charged a cancellation and restocking fee if we are not given the opportunity to replace the damaged product.

Product Packaging Upon Return
If returning an item, it MUST be sent back in the original packaging with a RA (Return Authorization) number issued by Sorinex Exercise Equipment. We do not accept returns that do not clearly have the RA # written on the box. If the item is returned without all original packaging materials you will be charged the cost of original packaging materials and a repackaging fee.

Product Warranty

Sorinex Exercise Equipment warrants structural steel material, equipment frames and welding integrity for a period of 15 years, 90 days warranty for paint, upholstery and moving parts. This warranty is granted to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Warranted items are subject to inspection by Sorinex in order to determine if warranty-voiding abuse, neglect or misuse is present. The customer bears the responsibility of contacting Sorinex with the pertinent information as to the condition of the equipment, as well as packing and return of defective items to Sorinex. Sorinex must be contacted before any items are returned for warranty claim work.

If repairs or exchange is required as per the terms of warranty, Sorinex will supply return packing and shipping. If a warranty-voiding situation is present, repairs can still be done on a labor and materials required basis. A written estimate and bill will be provided to the customer before and non-warranty repairs are done. Customer bears costs of packing and return shipping on any non-warranty situations. A 20% restocking fee will be applied on all canceled orders in progress or returned items. Items returned by customer will bear all packaging and shipping responsibility.

Regarding all 3rd party products, please see the warranty card and return policy included with your product. We will assist in communication with any 3rd party vendors.

ARBITRATION
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Informational Purposes
Sorinex Exercise Equipment and it’s affiliates will not be held responsible for any errors found on it’s websites with regards to product specifications, pricing, or otherwise. This includes the availability of an item which may become out of stock at the time of or after your order is placed due to a mfr’s delay in providing backorder or unavailable stock status to us. While we make every effort to ensure complete accuracy, from time to time, human errors occur. Please notify Customer Service if any errors are found.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Sorinex Exercise Equipment and it’s affiliates will gladly sell it’s products to you, under the terms and conditions listed above. Terms and conditions listed, may be updated and changed from time to time without notice to you. We have the right to refuse service to anyone.

Credit Card Fraud
Credit card fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We reserve the right to contact your bank and request "authentication" of the card holder. All suspected fraudulent transactions will be reported to the issuing bank and local law enforcement. Any phone numbers, addresses, e-mail, or contact information you provide will be given to banks and law enforcement agencies if we suspect fraud.
