hey there Sorinex, i am really impressed with the quality and durability of my back attack machine I used it in preparation for the 2008 IPA sr nationals powerlifting contest and it helped improved my lower back and hamstring strength to set p.r.'s and also helps strengthen up my clients backs at all age and size groups for my personal training business, it is a serious must have piece of equipment for anybody looking to improve and strengthen their whole back/ posterior chain as well as abdominal region, sincerely Andrew Vale
