Base Camp 42" Safety Spotter Bars can be used as a traditional safety as well as a dual-sided dip station (each spotter bar). Numbered holes for band compatibility. Dip stations can be adjusted for height and shoulder width. Use them up high for a palms facing pull-up. They work with the Base Camp Racks and are sold as a pair.
