The BaseFit Box Jump / Step-Up is great for jumps, step-ups, single leg squats, and any other exercise you would like to use this box for. Can be adjusted for height in 4" increments depending upon what you need. Uses the strength of the entire BaseFit rack for stability. Say goodbye to boxes that slide, tip, or wobble. This Box is rock solid.

Bolt on design will bolt onto a BaseFit Triple, Double Diamondback, or Custom rack. The BaseFit Box Jump / Step-Up not only adds a training station but also adds strength to your BaseFit Rack.

65" long 2" square tube. 22" X 14.5" Jump/Step area. Rubber mat on box to prevent slipping. Round, rubber coated front to protect shins in the event of a "miss"
