By Popular Demand, Back to Basics! The ultimate in simplicity and space efficiency, this rack will fit the bill under adverse training conditions without getting taking up the space of a small car. High hook for squats and jerks, low hook for pulls, lock outs, shrugs, curls and bench presses (utility bench sold separately).

This High Low Squat Stand has additional side supports and tighteners to increase the stability of the piece.
