The BIG BLUE BAND! 2 1/2" wide Strong Band offers up to 100 lbs. of resistance. Excellent for lower body strengthening and serious ankle strengthening. Recommended FOR ADVANCED LIFTERS ONLY. Not recommended for use on barbell squats unless the lifter uses over 500 pounds. Also good for ab work, and assisted lifts.
