Great bridge between a Leg Presses and barbell squats. Still demands stabilization of the torso, but somewhat more controlled than free weight squats. A very effective tool for personal trainers with general population, or as a great way to add volume to a leg program for athletes. Can be used facing the carriage for a football specific front squat / thruster position, or back against the pad for more of a hack squat. Plate storage comes standard.
