High hook for squats and jerks, low hook for pulls, lock outs, shrugs, curls and bench presses (utility bench sold separately).
This High Low Squat Stand has additional side supports and tighteners to increase the stability of the piece.
Actually, we have sold these to Universities to be used as auxiliary racks on the platforms, Olympic Weightlifting Training Centers, Garage gym cellar-dwellers, and even the Navy for use on a Nuclear Submarine!
