This unit is adjustable for height in 2" increments from 6" to 42". Rubber top and rounded lip help to protect the shins in case of missed attempt. The top of the line Plyo Step. Adjusts in 2" increments from 12"- 42" height. Larger rubber covered deck with rounded lip reduces injuries with athletes in case of missed attempt on box. Deck can tilt in varying degrees to change angle of ankle when doing step ups, but also offers a more user friendly target for jumping. Band compatibility is standard, which makes this unit one of our favorites for single leg power / neural work just prior to big meets. Very helpful unit for football and basketball players, especially in season when you want to reduce the wear and tear on the back while still stimulating the legs. Unit is strong enough for athletes well over 300lb.
