Description

Small Drop On Step locks onto low safety of rack. This will enable the lifter to hold onto the uprights of the rack, and do step ups, with a unique pivoting action of the step, reducing shear force on the knee. If extra weight is needed, use belt with chains, bands or wt. vest. Great for bigger guys who need extra single leg work. Make sure you specify 2 " or 3" width of spotter bars.
