This simple bar pops in and out in seconds and is solid for any type of exercise. This is a great addition to any BaseFit Rack Set Up.

This will enable the lifter to hold onto the uprights of the rack, and do step ups, with a unique pivoting action of the step, reducing shear force on the knee.
